Nuad Phaen Boran is a form of therapy drawing on meditative foundations, which originated in India and Thailand well over two and a half thousand years ago. As to ourselves, I have been applying and teaching Nuad Phaen Boran wholeheartedly and with great joy, for over thirteen years.

In direct translation Nuad Phaen Boran simply means "venerable massage". At present, it is also known as Nuad Boran, Nuad, Nuad Thai, Traditional Thai Massage, Ancient Massage, or Thai-Yoga-Massage.
